Seasoned Professional

With twenty years in the business here in Sarasota and Manatee Counties, I am a seasoned professional; I am especially attuned to the needs and desires of my customers in finding just the right house and my contract negotiation skills are finely honed to the benefit of my customers whether on the buying side or the selling side.

It has been my privilege to volunteer for the Sarasota County school system, the Streets of Paradise organization (provides relief to the homeless) and the Children First agency (provides care for underprivileged children) as well as being a voluntary board member of a local governmental party. With these ways of giving back and being a Realtor for twenty years, I have come to know and love our wonderful small city with its unusual breadth and depth of resources and opportunities culturally, naturally, economically, and scholastically. I appreciate sharing them with friends and friends I have not met yet.

I believe in Sarasota. My appreciation of its singular natural beauty and vibrant economy has prompted me to purchase several investment properties. I have learned many of the ins and outs about the rental business all the way from setting rates to getting improvements done. I am all in, and I am confident that my capital is well invested in Sarasota.

I was raised in Jacksonville, FL, and received my business degree from Florida State College, then moved to Boston, MA, where I worked in administrative jobs for small and large corporations before becoming a full-time mom of three children. After fifteen years there, our family moved to Sarasota, FL, where I began my career in real estate.
